Mixed bcc/bci
Mystery is, well, a mystery! We are working on getting a scale count for her in hopes of figuring out what she really is. Our best guess is that she is part Columbian bci and part Guyana bcc. We will never know for sure but her colors and markings suggest she may have a blending of genes. She has some significant peeks in her saddles and rich red color to her tail spots.
This girl is a bit of a challenge. She is an intense combination of fearful, defensive, and food motivated. She had a bit of a rough start to life and it has taken us a long time to get her to calm down. She is stable and comfortable in her enclosure now but we are still working to help her learn to be comfortable around people.
