11yr old female bci
Surrendered due to an unfortunate divorce. Elliana was loved and well cared for by her previous owner. They rescued her from a pet shop years ago where she hadn’t been doing very well. She thrived in their care but still remains a bit small for her age. She is very food motivated and will strike at her door if she thinks food is coming. Hook training has been very successful with her though so with just a little patience it’s quite easy to explain to her when it’s time to come out for socializing. She handles very well once out of her enclosure.
These pictures show her just prior to shedding so she looks a bit darker here than normal. She is definitely one of the darker boas but her colors are rich and vibrant with fantastic contrast.
