Aelia is feeling a bit better this morning. Her tremors are subsiding and she is more aware of her surroundings. After a breakfast of carnivore care, cod liver oild, and calcium gluconate we placed her up on her basking shelf to get warm while she rests.
As usual with new intakes we have a camera set up so we can keep an eye on her without being scary. This lets us monitor her behavior without our presence influencing her. She is still sleeping most of the time. We will take her bandages off once she starts feeling well enough to move around on her own.
